A little perspective....

With the pseudo-suspension of Mike Vick by the NFL , ostensibly to allow the league to better understand what is going on in that sordid case, a little perspective is called for in considering all of this.

I often end my letters or commentaries by saying "God bless America" But anymore, I'm not really sure we deserve God's blessings.

Mike Vick.....a waste of carbon life form material

Mike Vick has been indicted on federal dogfighting charges.

This guy is a real, live, walking, talking piece of shit! Too bad the owner of the Atlanta Falcons, Arthur Blank, doesn't have the guts to kick this shitbird off the team. I will NEVER go to a Falcons game! In fact, I'm pretty much done with professional sports altogether. It's become pretty much a bunch of spoiled thugs who make ludicrous sums of money for playing a stupid game. Most of them are unswerving dumbasses who can't even speak in a coherent and sensible fashion.

Even more disturbing is the fact that this dogfighting thing is an integral part of the hip-hop, thug movement. These thug punk-ass scumbags think that having these dogs somehow elevates their manhood.......in reality, owning and fighting these dogs only goes to prove what moronic asshats they are, void of intelligence, compassion.....void of humanity! Being as how this hip-hop shit pervades the black community, is it any surprise that it suffers from systemic dysfunctional pathologies that render black people, of their own actions, second class citizens? How else do you explain the hero worship status that Ron Mexico.....er....Mike Vick enjoys even today?

It's sick!! and until our society in general, and the black community specifically, abandon their dysfunctional social pathologies and embrace morals and ethics that are more in keeping with civilized human behavior, it will only get worse!

I hope Vick loses EVERYTHING!! He deserves it! Just a sick, disgusting, ugly poor excuse for a human being! I hope he gets hit by a car!

Catching up....

It's been a while since I blogged.......been out of the country, around this country, work, family.....the living stuff. But a few things just have made my anger level rise, so here goes:


WHAT THE F$&# IS UP WITH PEOPLE HURTING CHILDREN????

In my little dinosaur mind, a person who would hurt a kid is the ABSOLUTE lowest form of life in the universe. If this were the kingdom of Joe, any person convicted of messing with a child leaves the courtroom, goes out into the field, digs a hole, and then is shot through the head with a large caliber handgun and the dirt piled on top of them and their grave left unmarked! YOU JUST HAVE NO IDEA of the rage that swells up inside of me when I hear and read about animals.....no, that is slandering animals.......these DEMONS that hurt these little people. The only good thing about any of these stories is that these babies went home to Jesus and were sitting in his lap in heaven the very instant after they drew their last tortured breath on this earth. I would pay big money to be alone in a room with a baseball bat with these monsters for 10 minutes.......but then, that begins to bring me into the level of existence that they occupy, so the self-dug grave and the large caliber handgun are the most effective and correct method of dealing with these demons.

ANY man or woman who abuses a child.....physically, mentally, or sexually.......digs a grave. AND, any scum-bag asshats that KNEW it was happening and didn't stop it digs one too!

It is a sad and disgusting commentary on our society and our screwed up culture that we tolerate these monsters among us. Our criminal justice and child protection agencies have pitifully failed in ridding us of these demons and protecting our children from them.

Today we celebrate the birth of this great Republic. 231 years ago today, 56 men affixed their signatures to a document that ensured their deaths at the end of a rope if their cause failed.

They signed the Declaration of Independence.........Anyway!!!

And so began this great experiment in self government. In the 231 years since the event

occured, this Nation has become the great repository of freedom and liberty on the planet.

We take for granted this great country. Indeed, we consider these "blessings of Liberty" to be our birthright. What we fail to understand is that these blessings can be so easily taken from us. We fail to heed the wise words of General Douglas MacArthur..."No man is entitled to the blessings of freedom unless he be vigilant in its preservation." Our commitment to the preservation of our freedom and liberty has gone soft. We have become a nation of couch potatoes, more worried about who will win American Idol than who will win in Iraq.

So I ask the question: are we worthy of this great Republic? Do we deserve that for which so many have given the "last full measure of devotion"to ensure for us? Has their effort and sacrifice been wasted on us?

This is a fragile gift that we have been given. It requires our constant care. Will we "nobly save" this great gift, or will we "meanly lose it"?

I choose to save it! What say you?

On this day 63 years ago, Allied invasions in Normandy, France signaled the beginning of the end for Hitler's Nazi Germany.

A terrible price was paid.

There were over 3000 causalities, including 1000 dead, before the sun set on the Normandy shores that day.

.....and that was just Omaha Beach.

We find ourselves currently in the midst of a great struggle. It is instructive for us now to consider the lessons taught by the brave souls who slogged through the surf and the blood and the fear and the death on those Normandy beaches so long ago. We owe it to those men to preserve that for which they bleed and died for on those shores.
